Today I share some new artwork that will be used in the nursery for our grandchildren. I paint over the chinois pattern that I had stenciled in the bathroom, and we take a walk to the Blackstone District for Saturday brunch.
The Mystical Magical Mansion was built by Ephraim Dixon in 1910 in the wealthy Gold Coast Neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska. The notable architect Jon Latenser Sr. was the creator of this grand old mansion. It's filled with beauty and incredible stories of the past. We are sharing our story as we lovingly restore this home room by room.
