Good morning everyone so today we had a delivery going to this customer in which we gave them an hour call ahead and he had a whole attitude on the phone before we even got there which is the story you were hearing when the video first turned on. pulled up to the customer's house and he doesn't understand what a curbside delivery means and then begins to tell us that he doesn't want the material unless we can fit it through a gate by wiggling the machine through and we had not even seen what the site looks like so we offer to just take the material off and see what we can do when we got up there but that wasn't good enough for him. Customer refused to order We ended up bringing the order back to the shipper which was like 7 minutes away from where we were So it wasn't that big of a deal. let us know about your thoughts down in the comment section about what happened.
