On returning home, Jagya asks if he can have some food before studying. Later, as Anandi is busy in the kitchen and crying, Jagya asks her to study and both get into an argument. everyone tries to convinse Dadisa but she seems to be upset with everyone. Basant learns about her not having food and vows to not eat anything until she does. Later, Jagya scolds Anandi for not studying as she is trying to keep herself busy in other chores.
