Hi guys, I'm Eileen. In this video, I shared with you the clothes I've stopped buying. In fact, my clothes shopping has gone down by about 95%. My current wardrobe is quite a curated one, although not exactly capsule. Many pieces in my closet have been, and will be staple pieces for decades. These include my Burberry trench coat, Burberry wool coat, Hermes cashmere shawls, cashmere jumpers, and so on. Over the last few years, I've decluttered A LOT of clothes, and subsequently wasted a lot of time and money. So you can understand why I'm now so mindful about shopping. After embracing luxury minimalist, I've noticed my liking has also changed quite a bit. I now no longer feel the urge to buy clothes with BIG logo (I'm not a fan of the Gucci T shirts for sure), and I value comfort so much more. Unless if you make a living from owning a big wardrobe, less can be so much more. I highly recommend everyone to invest in a small closet of timeless and well made pieces, look after them well, and slow down on chasing the latest fashion trends xx
