This Energy Healing session has the intention of helping you open up to feel more joy and pleasure in your life. Releasing blocks, limiting beliefs and past traumas related to experiencing joy and pleasure. You can play this video as often as you like, the healing will keep coming through and integrating deeper. Do this Energy Healing session if you want to get more joy out of life, more pleasure in your day. Really notice when you feel joy about anything and stay with that feeling as long as you can. If you have the pleasure of doing an activity like walking along the beach, or something you enjoy doing, really feel blessed you have the pleasure of doing that 'thing'. It could be a really small thing, but you get to do it. Feel all the small or big activities you do through out each day that bring you joy and pleasure.

Find a place you won't be disturbed for a while. Sit comfortably or lay down and relax as much as you can. Close your eyes and let your mind wander anywhere it wants to go.
It is a good idea and, highly recommended, to drink water after receiving Energy healing to help integrate and process the healing - It can take up to 3 days (or more) to process. Please listen to your body while processing any Energy healing session, and scheduling in some me time, daily, would be great 🙂
The Energy healing starts with the music and finishes at the end of the music. Although you can mute it as the healing is separate from the music, you could set a timer if you prefer.
