KADHAI PANEER (KADAI PANEER) RECIPE - A COLOURFUL, FLAVOURFUL, SPICY DISH FROM PUNJAB

The name of the dish 'Kadhai panner' is a simple combination of two words - kadhai (kadai) the humble 'wok' in which the dish is cooked and paneer which is the star ingredient of the recipe.

This is the dish to go for, when you crave to eat something spicy or warm.
It is easy to make, loaded with flavour from the freshly ground spices and
rich in nutrition.

Bell peppers (capsicum/sweet peppers) are nutrient-dense and low in calories. They are a source of multiple vitamins, minerals and micronutrients. Tomatoes contain antioxidants like lycopene, along with a variety of vitamins and minerals. Paneer (cottage cheese) as we all know, is a rich source of protein and calcium.

In this video, I have shared how to make the semi-dry version of the kadhai paneer recipe, which pairs well with any kind of Indian bread like - phulka, chapati, tandoori roti or naan.
