It’s youngsters like these who are putting Kashmir back on the entertainment map. Social media has helped them to gain popularity. Some of them have their own YouTube channels. While some Kashmiri youngsters are learning music and singing and want to pursue a career in the field of entertainment, there are others who have turned youtubers, they were out of work due to internet blockade after the abrogation of Article 370 but now they are back in business, making funny videos using local themes. Restrictions and communication blockade could not dampen the enthusiasm of these youngsters for creating some original content and for inspiring many others to follow in their footsteps.
