Never Give Up Jordan | The McFive Circus
Jordan has been attending summer school. Summer school is an awesome program for kids that need some extra help so they are ready for the fall. But even though it is summer school it is very challenging. And there's no recess. So now that summer school is coming to an end, Jordan deserves a treat. So today I surprised her with a well deserved spa day at Life Time. She has never been to the spa before. AND she has never gotten her hair cut at the salon so this was a special treat. She of course brought along her fidget and pop it. She loved every second of her time at the spa. And she was surprised again that she got pink hair extensions! These hair extensions are perfect for kids. They tape in your hair. They last for about 3 months and when you are ready for them to come out it's easily taken out with oils(typically by the salon). Jordan felt like a queen today! I always tell her how important self care is and today was certainly all about self care. Her smile says it all.
Jordan is my oldest and she is diagnosed with anxiety and sensory processing disorder. And some how with all of that working against her she is still so courageous. She is such a brave girl going through the world with such an big heart. That's why I call her my sweet heart. This year she was so brave to try something new, something that has challenged her in so many ways mentally and physically. It's unbelievable what she has achieved. And it's all because she started believing in herself and knew Anything is Possible.
