Taiwanese talk about their weight very openly | 英國跟台灣大不同，胖的文化
一開始來台灣的時候，對於大家公開的討論體重身材，感覺到非常不習慣，我甚至因為非常在意還去看中醫的減肥門診。雖然現在我已經接受這樣的文化。

，我感觸很深，我相信有很多人都有同樣的感受。最後我想要跟大家說，我們無心的說出關於的一句話，其實真的不知道會不會對其他人造成長期傷害。

When, I first came to Taiwan, I was shocked by how directly people discussed weight, and it was sometimes quite hurtful to hear.
I have gotten used to it over the years, but the comments still continue and I carry it with me.
I realized when both Amy and Allan uploaded videos sharing their experiences, that I am not the only person who feels this way, and while I don't expect to change countries or cultures, sharing our feelings and experiences help others understand, that we may forget what we say quickly, it can hurt and stay with the people hearing it for a long time.
