This is a quick how to for refilling your 1 Pound camping bottles from a larger cylinder. The process is fairly easy and very much cost effective. The adapter can be found at amazon and Walmart. There is a link below for the one I use. There are other models that do not require you to turn the tank off between each fill and have a small shut-off attached to the adapter.
