Hon'ble CM N Biren Singh accompanied Hon'ble Union Minister and Manipur election in-charge Shri Bhupender Yadav to inaugurate 'Nav Bharat Mela' organized by BJYM at JN Manipuri Dance Academy, Imphal. An exhibition on the exemplary life of Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi was also inaugurated.
