The intention of this Reiki session is to Ward Off People or situations that drain your energy.🌈🙏

To receive it, all you need to do is press play and let the energy flow. The music is separated from the energy. Even muted, you continue to receive.

You can do other things during the session, or you can just close your eyes and relax.  It's normal to feel tingling, heat, cold or other sensations. Or not to feel anything. You can come back here as many times as you want to, just follow your intuition. 😊

Drinking water at the end of each session is a good contribute to make the energy integrate better. 🌼
