15 MIN Long Lean Legs Workout  | No Equipment

Good morning!

Rise and shine! How are you doing today? I didn't realize that I haven't been posting that many workout videos in the last few months! Get ready though because I am filming a bunch for wellness month in November.

So many of you ask me what my workout routine is and honestly it really depends. Something I have learned this year a lot is to listen to my body and feel what it needs. At the moment I love doing a combination of pilates two times a week and some more strength/ hit training two times a week.

For wellness month I want give you this combo as well so I will be filming all sorts of videos. But I do have a question for you, what is the ideal length of a workout video? Do you enjoy the short ones or longer ones?
