Tip number 1: Exercise every day when you wake up.

You will start losing weight by doing this because when your body is active it uses more energy then when you are idle. Your body uses your fat for energy so if you do exercise then the fat starts getting used as energy instead of lying there on your waist or backside or wherever its stored! Being physically active burns calories too fast, so a small workout during the day can help get rid of extra calories eaten the night before.

Tip number 2: Eat Healthy Foods.

Start now to start eating healthy foods instead of junk food or fast food. Fast food may taste good but they are also high in fat and calories which may end up making you gain weight not lose weight. So start off by preparing lunches for the week, then it will be easy for you to grab one when your running late or if you just don't feel like cooking that night, just grab a healthy lunch out of the fridge! One more thing I would really suggest staying away from is soda pop because its loaded with sugar and calories!! Just drink water!!! Most people who have tried this tip found it really worked because there metabolism was higher from weight loss and being active during their day.

Tip number 3: Eat smaller meals more often.

Its really not good for you to eat a lot of something and then wait, lets say, 8 hours until your next meal because that's just asking for weight gain!! So try eating every hour on the on hours. If it passes an hour thats ok but don't let it pass two or three!!! This worked best people that had the hardest time in losing weight because they ate less in weight but also felt better because they were just getting their body used to eating frequently all day long! Another tip is to eat breakfast right when you wake up so your metabolism can get jump started after sleeping all night without food! Breakfast is important!! A healthy breakfast will ensure that your weight loss is easy and quick and will keep your weight at a constant weight, not gaining weight back.

Tip number 4: Drink water!!

Lets say you have quenched your thirst with a cold glass of soda pop or milk but now you are thirsty again in an hour. Try to wait another hour before getting another drink even if its just plain old water! Thats what weight watchers do to lose weight fast...they dont drink anything besides good ole H2O! The weight watching program suggested that people try this trick because when you do so, your body doesnt get as many cravings for those sugary drinks or foods which can help weight problems very quickly. Some other suggestions would be to buy a water bottle and keep it with you so you can drink when ever! Most weight loss experts suggest distilled water because they say its healthier then tap water. So try drinking some now, get a water bottle and start drinking lots of water during the day!!

Tip number 5: Get enough sleep to weight loss.

Get about 6-8 hours of sleep every night. This is really important because if your tired all the time, chances are you wont want to work out or grab that healthy breakfast!!! You will just want to lay in bed all day....which is bad for weight loss, BAD!!! But if you do have enough energy then weight loss should be easy!! If your consistent at this weight loss tip...you will lose weight fast!! Consistent in weight loss means weight will not be gained back after weight is lost.
