California DFEH & CWA both have challenged the $18m Activision Blizzard settlement... The DFEH argue that the agreement between Activision Blizzard and the EEOC will lead to the "effective destruction" of evidence critical to the DFEH's own ongoing case. The EEOC has hit back pretty hard, and honestly, this is getting VERY wild. Meanwhile Blizzard just get to sit back out of the action. Let us know your thoughts on all of this.
