We want the debate across the country to begin today about the crisis.

Do we have a crisis? Are you living in a crisis? Is it a serious crisis? Should we rise up and get rid of this crisis? - Dr Besigye Kizza

I welcome and appreciate your engagement on national issues. But I invite you to refocus the discussion on the CRISIS and interrogate it.

Is there a crisis? How deep is the crisis? That is where we need to focus the debate- characterize it and offer solutions to end the crisis.

To that end, whoever suggests how to end the crisis, I will join them so that together, we can get out freedom and country back.
