But the successful buyer will have to face doing the biggest clean up of their lives- because every room is covered in discarded plastic waste, bottles of wine and food packaging litter. The semi-detached property is just a ten minute walk from Devonport train station and a ten minute drive from The Hoe, the seaside area near Plymouth lighthouse. But these shocking pictures show the state that all of the rooms were left in by the last person who lived there.
