Chicken Breasts, a healthy & inexpensive way to stretch your budget. ASMR-ish

This is my favorite way to prepare chicken breast. Simply, one part chicken breast to two parts vegetables with an egg white (to bind) and you have something akin to a sausage you can boil, fry, grill.

This way of cooking chicken breasts creates a dish high in protein and low in fat. The proportions I used are below.


400 grams skinless chicken breasts
400 grams carrots
200 grams peppers
200 grams tomatoes
half an onion (for flavor)
a couple of cloves of garlic

You can get very creative with spices. Garam malasa, Taco mix, Herbs de Provence all work really well. Often, I just use a sprig of thyme or tarragon.
