Tyrone Blackburn & Steven Gordon the lawyers representing Jennifer Hough in her lawsuit against Nicki & Kenneth Petty, have entered a motion in support of the reasons why they should be granted their default against Kenneth petty and would like to request an inquest hearing to present their evidence. The Motion they put forward today is basically an outline of what their evidence and arguments will be if they are granted this opportunity. However, it seems as if Tyrone & Jennifer differ on their accounts in the lawsuit and in their declarations, and giving the very damaging live on clubhouse Jennifer did the other night debunking majority of her lawsuit by putting everything on the middle man black, it’s amazing to still see some of these claims listed as factual.
