Numbness and weakness of both hands since one month .. patient is a 45 year old lady working in office using computer keyboard typing most of the time .. she was detected to be diabetic as well as hypothyroid..all these causes compression to the nerve of hand called median nerve .. this problem is called carpal tunnel syndrome
