Singapore watching new Omicron COVID-19 variant very closely

Singapore is tracking the emerging Omicron COVID-19 variant “very closely”, said Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Sunday (Nov 28).

The country could be forced to take a few steps back again before moving forward, Mr Lee said in his speech at the People's Action Party convention.
