the video is about third parties being on my property, I didn't hire this lawn care company & NOONE from this "GROUP" talked to me about the problem in the front entry that happen on October 13, 2021. The Shepherd Vineyard Newsletter tells a lot of lies to get money.
for a few years now homeowners in the Shepherds Vineyard subdivision has had a Commissioner Boone help them ok otherwise illegal activity the most notorious one they have used on unsuspecting homeowners is something called the "form" used to allow third parties on the private property of homeowners in the subdivision where the third party is allowed to do whatever they want & the homeowner have to pay for it out of pocket, the form takes away homeowners rights to their insurance on there home. so if you are a resident of Shepherd vineyard, Huntersville, NC. & have made an insurance claim on your house between January of 2017-to now & only had about 2%-36% of your claim paid out by the insurance company, it's probably because of this form.
I would ask for a copy of the "form" & a copy of the newsletter so you can sue. you deserve to have your homeowners insurance for what if's that may happen. don't support people that want to take away from your well-being Shepherd Vineyard Huntersville, NC residents. the Newsletter has some people that use P.O. Boxes so I doubt they're real people, only about four of the people listed are real people on the Newsletter. you can look it up if you have the newsletter...
