Why you should incorporate the Pendlay row into your workout!

This is the Pendlay row.

Very different from traditional row.
-power movement
-not focusing on the eccentric(lowering phase)
-bend knees to take load off low back
-get back as vertical as possible
-explode off the floor
-come to a complete stop after each rep
-touch the bar just below the chest

This is a power move to help you increase the deadlift and one of the best explosive moves for the back
