Cake

1. Ingredients:
1. Batter: 2 eggs separated, 30g Sugar, 40g All purpose flour, 5g Corn starch, 15g Butter, 15g Milk, 1/2 tsp Vanilla, pinch of salt
2. Whipping cream: 200g Heavy cream, 10g Sugar
2. Instructions:
1. Cake:
1. Put the Sugar into the Egg whites for 2 times and whip them
2. Whisk in Egg yolks one at a time on low speed
3. In a bowl sieve and combine Flour + Corn starch. Fold this into the Egg mixture gently
4. Microwave Milk + Butter till warm, then add this to a portion of the batter, mix and add Vanilla and a pinch of salt. Fold this into the rest of the batter gently
5. Bake at 170°C for 20 mins and let the cake cool
2. Whipping Cream: Whip Heavy cream and Sugar for 2 mins
