'Woke' private school downgraded by Ofsted for placing emphasis on teaching 'social justice'

One of Britain's most expensive private schools, with annual fees set at £32,000 a year, has been downgraded by Ofsted from outstanding to requires improvement.

This follows the release of a report which alleged that the school places more emphasis on teaching 'social justice' than 'subject-specific knowledge and skills'.

The American School in St John’s Wood was downgraded from “outstanding” in its previous inspection to “requires improvement”.

Free Speech Union's Toby Young says that the school "has been completely captured by the woke cult."

He says "children in this school have had to self censor, the teachers chastise them if they dare challenge this cult".
