Ukraine ‘actively laying groundwork’ for counterattack in the south

Author Pete Shmigel says Ukraine is “actively laying the groundwork” for a counterattack in the south of the country.

“In some respects, it’s going to be a very long winter for the Russian occupiers of Ukraine as the Ukrainians move in for a counterattack,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“The balance is tipping.”
