Gene Hoglan has huge influence on my drumming for many reasons; His ability for linear drumming, his precision of double pedals and his articulation, especially in his drum fills. It was such a pleasure for me to play his parts and get into his drumming mindset. This song The Philosopher is like a heaven for drummers, whatever there is to play has packed within this one haha :)
