Infrastructure Bill 2021 - HR 3684 now law. This ends the IRS’ ERTC aka ERC [Employee Retention Tax Credit] September 30, 2021 (a full quarter than the originally allowed to December 31, 2021) AND permanently rescinds any unobligated SBA PPP Loans from the Paycheck Protection Program. ERTC or ERC, was up to $7,000 per employee in 4th quarter 2021; now zero.

You can still claim ERTC under 3/13/20 - 9/30/21.

Filing for PPP Loan forgiveness for PPP 1 or PPP 2 can be done.
